He holds both a Master’s degree and an MBA, which have strengthened his expertise in leadership, strategic development, and continuous improvement — values that guide Riviera Aesthetic every day.

Anna Nicolardi is the Director of Aesthetics and Master Aesthetician at Riviera Aesthetic, bringing over 13 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician in New York State. She is also a licensed Aesthetics Instructor and has spent more than 5 years teaching advanced skincare techniques to the next generation of professionals.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Community Health, allowing her to combine a strong understanding of wellness with results-driven skincare. Her expertise includes laser and light therapies, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning, which she uses to create highly personalized treatment plans for each client.
Known for blending science, precision, and artistry, Anna is passionate about delivering transformative results while educating clients on achieving healthy, radiant skin.

Marianna is a dedicated Nurse Injector committed to providing personalized aesthetic treatments with a focus on natural looking, balanced results.
