We strive to provide flexible treatment options while maintaining fair pricing for all clients.

PACKAGE PURCHASES

Treatment packages are offered at a discounted rate based on the client's commitment to completing a series of treatments. Package pricing reflects a lower per-treatment cost than individual sessions.

PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS

Clients may cancel an unused portion of a treatment package at any time up until three months after purchase. Older purchases are not eligible for refund.

If a package is canceled after treatments have been used:

• Completed treatments will be charged at Riviera Aesthetic's current regular single-session price.
• Any remaining unused balance will be refunded.
• A refund administration fee of $50 will be deducted from the refund amount to help cover payment processing fees, financing charges, and administrative costs associated with the original purchase and refund.

ACCOUNT CREDIT OPTION

Clients who choose to keep their unused balance on account as a Riviera Aesthetic credit may apply the full remaining balance toward any eligible service, treatment, or product offered by the practice. When funds are retained as account credit rather than refunded, the administration fee will be waived.

MEDICAL OR CLINICAL CHANGES

If a treatment becomes medically contraindicated or is discontinued based on the professional judgment of Riviera Aesthetic's medical providers, management may, at its discretion:

• Transfer the remaining value to another treatment
• Issue account credit, or
• Provide a refund without applying all or part of the administration fee.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

Treatment packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased the package unless otherwise approved by management.

POLICY CHANGES

Riviera Aesthetic reserves the right to modify pricing and policies at any time. The policy in effect on the date of purchase will apply to that package.
